Orthofix Reorganizes Business, Splits Spine in Two

Orthofix has realigned its business to now include BioStim, spine fixation, biologics, international extremity fixation and extremity fixation in the United States.

The company’s spine business will be separated into BioStim and Spinal Fixation. Orthofix’s Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Brad Niemann was promoted to president of BioStim. President and CEO Brad Mason will assume all senior management duties for spinal fixation.

 

The company also announced a new Chief People Officer, Mark Atkinson, new Chief Strategy Officer Michael Finegan and new Chief Administrative Officer Jeff Schumm.
