Ms. Wilkinson is the first woman to win all three world titles in platform diving, securing the 2000 Olympic gold medal, the 2004 World Cup and the 2005 World Championships.

In 2018, she underwent spinal fusion to address a cervical degenerative disc using Orthofix devices — a cervical plate, a Trinity Elite allograft to facilitate fusion and a CervicalStim device to promote bone growth.

Under the terms of the partnership, Ms. Wilkinson will educate people about her spinal fusion.
