Ms. Regan currently serves as a director. She will also now serve as chair of the board’s nominating and governance committee. Orthofix’s board will now be made up of eight directors, seven of whom are independent.
Ms. Regan worked for 15 years in healthcare investment banking and is now on the board of trustees of Lutheran HealthCare, a not-for-profit hospital.
