Mr. Cedron was previously vice president and corporate secretary at Stryker, according to a news release. At Stryker he oversaw the company’s Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental, social and governance matters.
He replaced Puja Leekha, who served as interim chief legal officer.
