Ms. Buxton has worked with the orthopedic device manufacturer since 2003 as a senior SEC and consolidations accountant, according to the report. She served as the chief financial officer of Global Orthopedics for Orthofix in 2010 and then as interim CFO.
Ms. Buxton has a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Columbia College in South Carolina.
