The directors are Alan Bazaar, CEO of wealth management firm Hollow Brook Wealth Management; Michael Finegan, CEO of Acera Surgical, and Charles Kummeth, president and CEO of Bio-Techne Corporation, according to a news release.
The appointments come after Orthofix entered a cooperation agreement with Engine Capital Management, one of the company’s shareholders.
