Orthofix launches WaveForm L interbody system

Orthofix’s WaveForm L interbody sytem is out in a full commercial release, the company said Nov. 6.

WaveForm L is desgned for lateral lumbar interbody fusion, according to a news release. It is 3D-printed and has a prorous structure for strength and stability during fusion.

“The WaveForm L also has improved imaging characteristics to aid in radiographic visualization during intraoperative and postoperative imaging. These combined features make it one of the best 3D-printed interbodies available,” Donald Blaskiewicz, MD, said in the release.
