Orthofix inks partnership with MRIguidance

Orthofix partnered with MRIguidance to distribute the BoneMRI software, according to a Jan. 18 news release.

Eight surgeries combining Orthofix’s 7D Flash navigation system and BoneMRI software have also been completed, the release said.

BoneMRI uses MRIs to create a synthetic CT without needing radiation, and the 7D Flash navigation system relies on visible light to eliminate radiation exposure during surgery.
