Mr. Hinrichs has more than 20 years of experience at leading healthcare companies. He currently serves as CFO of CareFusion.
Mr. Hinrichs will also become the Chair of the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee and a member of its Nominating and Governance Committee, effective June 2014.
