Ortho Sales hires Tony Passalacqua as VP of sales operations and supply chain: 5 things to know

Ortho Sales Partners, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based consulting firm that assists orthopedic and spine implant manufacturers to commercialize their products, has hired Tony Passalacqua as their vice president of sales operations and supply chain.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. Mr. Passalacqua has enjoyed over 27 years of success in supply chain and operational initiatives.

 

2. Most recently, he served as VP of operations for an orthopedic distributorship that grew from $20 million to over $120 million under 10-years of leadership. In this role, Mr. Passalacqua focused on creating a stable infrastructure, on-board new products smoothly, manage surgery schedules and recruit support staff to help the company administer up to 50 surgeries a day.

 

3. Earlier in his career, Mr. Passalacqua worked at both FedEx Ground and Stryker Orthopaedics, helping make both more profitable in the process, as well.

 

4. Co-founder and general manager of Ortho Sales Partners Josh Sandberg believes that “Tony will provide immense value to our clients and brings a skillset that few have in [the] industry.”

 

5. Ortho Sales Partners was founded in 2006, and primarily focuses on pediatric orthopedic care.
