Mr. Risher conspired with three others in a scheme that involved submitting claims for braces and other medical devices that were never rendered to patients, were medical unnecessary or were never prescribed by physicians, according to the report.
Mr. Risher was a former office manager for Preferred Prosthetics and Orthotics in Brunswick and a former employee of Team Orthotics and Prosthetics of Houston, according to the report.
