1. The foundation has brought surgeons and spine surgery services to disadvantaged populations.
2. So far, the foundation funded 80 surgical mission trips to 28 countries, including Kenya, Belize and India.
3. NuVasive has donated about $14.8 million in surgical products.
4. Surgeons also help countries establish spinal surgery programs that are sustainable after their departure.
5. The foundation recently held a golf tournament fundraiser, which raised $377,000.
