The launch expands NuVasive’s P360 portfolio, according to a company news release. NTS and Excavation Micro are designed to boost workflow speed and improve safety and reproducability.

“The tube systems on the market haven’t really changed much in the past 20 years,” neurosurgeon David Yam, MD, said in the release. “Now with NTS, I’m able to tackle two procedures with the same system through the incredible access design … “Even with more complex surgeries, I’m able complete the case through a tube, rather than reverting to an open procedure.”

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
