Four things to know:

1. The Precise Plate is designed to provide internal lengthening while avoiding damage to growth plates. It is part of the NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics portfolio.

2. After implantation, the patient or caregiver uses a controller to perform micro adjustments.

3. The Precise Plate stretches newly forming bone to a targeted length over several months and is removed once the desired bone length is achieved.

4. A full commercial launch is scheduled for the U.S. and Europe in early 2021.
