NuVasive expands pediatric spinal deformity portfolio

NuVasive on June 18 launched Reline 3D, a posterior fixation system for pediatric spinal deformities.

Three things to know: 

1. Reline 3D is designed to treat adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.

2. The device enables surgeons to simultaneously correct the coronal, sagittal and axial planes, while decreasing stress on the bone-screw interface and rod deformation.

3. Reline 3D is available in the U.S. and Europe, and plans to launch in other countries in 2021.
