NuVasive COO sells 2.5k shares in $87k transaction

NuVasive COO Keith Valentine sold 2,500 shares of the company’s stock last week, valued at $35 per share, according to a WKRBB report.

The total transaction amounted to $87,500. Post-transaction, Mr. Valentine owned 74,785 shares valued at around $4.6 million. At the end of July, the company reported $190.7 million for the second quarter, up from the consensus estimate of $177.5 million.

 

Brean Capital upgraded NuVasive shares from “hold” to “buy” on Sept. 30. The company’s stock opened at $35.29 today with a market cap at $1.68 billion. The 52-week high is $39.89 and low is $24.05.
