3. Under the terms of the agreement, Academy Medical will represent Novastep and negotiate on its behalf with U.S. government procurement agencies.
4. Academy Medical will use the VA Federal Supply Schedule, Department of Defense Distribution and Pricing Agreements and similar purchasing instruments for distributing Novastep’s products in the federal supply chain.
