4. In addition, Mr. Dwyer has served as a consultant for Verint Systems, a software company assisting in reporting and compliance.
5. Mr. Dwyer previously served as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Energy Solutions International, a company providing pipeline management software to energy companies and pipeline operations.
