Galway, Ireland-based Medtronic’s Stealth AXiS surgical system was used in more than 23 procedures across seven sites in Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.

The initial procedures included spine procedures, according to a Sept. 10 press release. The system integrates AI-driven surgical planning, real-time navigation and robotic-assisted execution.

Stealth AXiS is part of Medtronic’s AiBLE smart ecosystem and is designed to support surgical care across spine and cranial procedures.

Additional procedures are planned in the coming weeks.
