Medtronic Receives CE Mark, Initiates European Launch of Spinal Deformity Instrument

Medtronic’s ReDuX Plier instrument for osteotomies received a CE Mark and has been launched in Europe.

The instrument is designed for a more controlled pedicle substraction osteotomy closure in patients with severe spinal curvature. The ReDuX Plier was developed by Medtronic’s Tolochenaz, Switzerland-based product development office.
