In the role, Ms. Pavlovic leads regulatory affairs for the company, working with regulatory leaders of Medtronic Operating Units, Global Region and Greater China. In addition, she leads the development of regulatory strategies for the devicemaker’s products and the company’s external global regulatory policy.
Before becoming chief regulatory officer, Ms. Pavlovic served as Medtronic’s vice president of global regulatory affairs, strategy and policy — a role she was promoted to after serving as vice president of regulatory strategy, according to her LinkedIn profile.
