Medtronic appoints Chris Lee new Asia-Pacific president: 5 notes

Medtronic appointed Chris Lee president of the Asia-Pacific region, The Investor reports.

1. Mr. Lee previously served as president of the Greater China region.

 

2. In his new role, Mr. Lee will oversee commercial operations and talent development of the region.

 

3. He will work in Singapore, heading Medtronic’s operations in Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Indian Subcontinent, Japan and Southeast Asia.

 

4. Medtronic’s Asia-Pacific region brings in net sales of more than $3.4 billion.

 

5. Mr. Lee previously served as head of Bayer HealthCare’s Asia-Pacific region.
