Mazor Robotics reports 11 Renaissance system orders in Q2 — 7 key notes

Caesarea, Israel-based Mazor Robotics received 11 orders for its Renaissance systems in the second quarter, ending June 30, 2016.

Here are seven key notes:

 

1. Mazor received six U.S. orders, which included two brain module orders.

 

2. The company received three orders in China.

 

3. Mazor received one Renaissance system order in Italy.

 

4. The company received one Renaissance system order in Australia.

 

5. These eleven orders represent the company’s second highest order amount in the second quarter.

 

6. At the end of the second quarter, Mazor boasted an installed base of 122 Renaissance systems globally. Of those, 74 systems are installed in the Untied States.

 

7. Mazor will report its second quarter financial results in August.
