The C-OnSite is an advancement that allows a fast, low-radiation, intra-operative three dimensional verification of the implant placement using imaging from existing two dimensional C-arms. The surgeon performs a 15 second C-arm scan after screw positioning and the C-OnSite fuses the images with high-quality images from the preoperative CT. The result is a three dimensional axial view of the spine showing the exact location of each pedicle screw and its relationship to the spinal canal.
