Mark Heffer, MD, was named director of operations and Donna Grace was named chief nursing officer. Both will report directly to Douglas Won, MD, founder and CEO of Lumin Health. Dr. Won is a spine surgeon at SpineCARE; the other Lumin Health-branded practices include OrthoCARE and PainCARE, ConvenientCARE, Lumin ERCare, Lumin FamilyCARE and NTX Anesthesia.
Mr. Heffer has experience in operations and business development, previously serving as practice manager for Sheridan Healthcare in Plano, Texas.
Ms. Green has more than 20 years of executive suite healthcare experience and spent time at for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare corporations.
