LDR’s Q3 revenue jumps 9.5%, on track for 2015: 5 things to know

LDR’s third quarter revenue increased 9.5 percent, according to the company’s preliminary financial report.

Here are five key notes on the financial report:

 

1. The company’s expected revenue for the quarter reached $39.3 million. The revenue from exclusive technology products hit $36.7 million, a 14.5 percent increase over the same period last year.

 

2. United States revenue jumped 15 percent over the third quarter of 2014 to $32.2 million. The United States market represented 82.2 percent of total company revenue. International revenue was down 10.3 percent to $7 million.

 

3. The exclusive cervical products revenue is expected to hit $27.5 million, a 21 percent increase over the same period last year. The Mobi-C Cervical Disc sales growth is driving revenue growth in this line.

 

4. LDR’s exclusive lumbar products dropped 1.5 percent to $9.2 million in the third quarter.

 

5. LDR reaffirmed expected revenue growth for the full year up 19 percent to 20 percent. This year is the first year the Mobi-C Cervical Disc’s first full year of the commercial launch in the United States.
