LDR Holding CEO reports Q4 2015 results; $164M total revenue in 2015 — 6 highlights

Christophe Lavigne, LDR Holding’s CEO, commented on the company’s fourth quarter 2015 results, according to Seeking Alpha.

Here are six highlights:

 

1. Mr. Lavigne reported a record revenue of $44.5 million for the fourth quarter.

 

2. LDR had total revenue of $164.5 million for 2015, compared to $141.3 million for 2014.

 

3. The company saw global growth of 16.2 percent on a constant currency basis.

 

4. LDR’s exclusive technology products composed 93.3 percent of total revenues in the fourth quarter 2015, compared to 90.7 percent in the fourth quarter 2014.

 

5. The Mobi-C cervical disc led the sales growth. The fourth quarter saw the highest amount of revenue, number of cases and number of surgeon users for the Mobi-C device. Mobi-C was the company’s highest revenue-generating product in the United States, with a growth rate of about 80 percent.

 

6. LDR made a minority investment in France-based Poly-Shape during the fourth quarter 2015. The company hopes to develop more complex spinal implants through the partnership.
