KARL STORZ Releases New Imaging for Spine, Small Bone Cases

KARL STORZ has released the VITOM System for better visualization during spine and small joint applications, according to a company news release.

The imaging system can also be used with pediatric patients as well as cardiovascular and plastic surgery patients. The system combines an exoscope with a high-definition video camera system developed for endoscopic procedures. The system has a display unit, light source, holding systems and a documentation unit.
