Dr. Neel received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in New York and orthopedic residency training at the University of Colorado in Denver. He specializes in knee and shoulder problems and performs joint replacement, endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, fracture care and general orthopedics.
Two mid-level practitioners who work for Dr. Neel will also join the Bone and Joint Center staff. Dr. Neel’s practice in Dodge City will remain open.
