The program, Premier Executive Leadership, grants executives access to medical care, a dietician, psychologist and executive coach, among other benefits. Here are five things to know:

1. Johnson & Johnson’s senior executives had access to the program over the past year, and now the company is marketing it toward other Fortune 100 companies. The program cost $100,000 per person.

2. The program is designed for executives who work round the clock and have a regular travel schedule aimed at producing top results. The program hopes to relieve stress and avoid burnout, as nearly half of executives leave their jobs within 18 months of a job change or promotion.

3. The J&J executives participating in the program underwent a two-plus day assessment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., that included bone density scans, abdominal ultrasound and pharmacogenetics. The exam also focused on metabolism, stamina and strength and served as a baseline for executives.

4. After the physical exams, the executives work with dieticians to learn about healthy habits while on business trips and home visits to make sure their cupboards are fully stocked.

5. Executive coaches can also help their clients overcome psychological issues and mental stress to deliver the best product possible in their current or new roles. The coach interviews the executive in addition to family members, friends and colleagues to create a full picture of the situation.
