4. Before joining InVivo, Ms. Morel-Ferris was the corporate controller of Astrodyne TDI, an electrical manufacturing company.
5. Ms. Morel-Ferris also previously served as associate director of corporate accounting as well as senior accounting manager of ARIAD Pharmaceuticals.
