The loan will allow Intellirod Spine to pursue CE Mark and FDA approvals for its Intellirod Sensor and other lumbar fusion implants. The company is also looking to add a companion pedicle screw system and bring on more staff members.
The company also recently raised $1.1 million in equity capital.
