Here are three points:

1. The surgeries were performed by David Pedowitz, MD, of Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute and Selene Parekh, MD, MBA, of Durham, N.C.-based Duke Medicine.

2. The ankle device “allows the surgeon to maintain more bone stock, and provides options to correctly align the ankle back to its native location,” notes Dr. Parekh.

3. The Cadence system’s differentiated anatomic design and streamlined surgical technique will complement the Salto Talaris product line, which Integra acquired in 2015.
