NuVasive‘s EVP, General Counsel & Secretary Jason Hannon sold 12,117 shares at an average price of $46.82 on Jan. 5. The total value of the transaction was $567,318 and now Mr. Hannon owns 32,240 shares valued at around $1.6 million, according to a Stafford Daily report.

 

Integra LifeSciences‘ Judith Ogrady sold 3,500 shares at $53.33 on Jan. 2. The transaction was worth $186,655, according to a Stafford Daily report.

 

Exactech Vice President, Administration Betty A. Petty sold 7,500 shares of the company’s stock at an average price of $22.30 on Jan. 2. The total transaction was worth $167,250, according to a Stafford Daily report.
