Hanger will acquire ACP, which has more than 4,000 contracts with 15,000 skilled nursing facilities nationwide. The group anticipates the transaction to consummate before the end of 2010, subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and a completion of Hanger’s planned financing.
Hanger expects ACP will produce $57 million in revenue and $17 million of EBITDA.
