This is the company’s first product launch that is compatible with its expanded lateral interbody portfolio. It has a simplified insertion workflow and a rigid coupling mechanism to help align plates over interbody spacers.

The Adira XLIF plate system is also compatible with bone screws and lateral minimally invasive surgery anchors.

“Whether attaching the plate in situ or on the back table for static single-construct insertion, the system provides me with streamlined, rigid plate-interbody connection,” spine surgeon Anthony Bozzio, MD, said in the release.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
