1. Each year, the GHXcellence Awards recognize a leading healthcare supplier with up to $500 million in transaction volume across the GHX Exchange that has demonstrated the strongest year-to-year improvement.

 

2. Mizuho OSI manufactures specialty surgical tables, pressure management solutions and table specific patient care kits. The company also provides general surgical tables and surgical care products.

 

3. By automating Mizuho’s email and fax orders, the company was able to achieve over 200 percent purchase order line growth, 200 percent invoice line growth, 100 percent advance shipping notice line growth and over 150 percent in trading partner growth.

 

4. GHX is comprised of more than 4,100 healthcare providers in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

 

5. Greg Neukrich, vice president of sales and marketing of Mizuho OSI, said, “Supply chain costs are at the top of the expense list for most hospitals and working with GHX to automate the order process has helped us service our customers more efficiently and accurately.”
