Mr. Hart has more than 35 years of leadership experience and recently was a member of the turnaround team at Conmed, according to a May 26 news release. He also held senior executive positions at Fortune 500 companies including Stryker and Medtronic.
He received his MBA from Manchester, N.H.-based Southern New Hampshire University.
