Mr. DeMane, who will also join Nevro’s board of directors, takes the helm with more than 30 years of leadership in the medical device industry. Most recently, he served as the COO of Medtronic. Prior to that, he served as Medtronic’s senior vice president and president of European, Canadian, Latin American and emerging markets, according to the company news release.
Mr. DeMane succeeds company founder and CEO Konstantinos Alataris, who will remain with the company and continue as a director of the company.
