The spacer is designed for microinvasive procedures ranging from endoscopic surgery to minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusions.
“ProLift micro is designed for a fully percutaneous fusion via an endoscopic approach,” Life Spine COO Rich Mueller said in a news release. “The procedure, which is being developed for next year, consists of fully integrated augmented reality and 3D imaging.”
The device is the company’s 14th expandable interbody device.
