EOS imaging installs 350th system at Missouri orthopedic facility — 3 things to know

The 350th EOS imaging system was recently installed at MU Health Care’s Missouri Orthopaedic Institute in Columbia.

Three things to know:

1. EOS develops 2D and 3D orthopedic medical imaging software for 3D anatomical modeling and surgical planning.

2. The EOS system provides 2D/3D imaging at a radiation dose of 50 to 85 percent less than digital radiology exams and 95 percent less than basic CT scans.
