DSM launches Dyneema Purity Radiopaque fiber for orthopedic trauma devices

DSM launched its Dyneema Purity Radiopaque fiber, which is designed to support the development of orthopedic trauma-related medical devices.

The radiopaque ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene medical fiber contains a radiopacifier, which makes it visible in X-ray images. This helps surgeons with medical device and implant visualization during and after surgical interventions.
