Here’s what you should know.
1. Mr. McCaulley succeeds Brad Shirley. Mr. Shirley has been DJO’s president and CEO since November 2016.
2. Mr. McCaulley has more than 25 years of industry experience. He most recently served as the president and CEO of Smiths Medical. He is a past CEO and president of several other healthcare companies.
3. Mr. McCaulley began his career after receiving his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He returned to school to earn his executive MBA from Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University.
