The company’s net sales, when broken out, show net sales for the surgical implant segment were $18.1 million in the second quarter, reflecting an increase of 10.2 percent over net sales in the second quarter of 2011. Mike Mogul, DJO’s president and chief executive officer, attributed the increased sales to strong sales of new products.
