The Sigma High Performance Partial Knee system enables repair exclusively to the damaged portion of the knee and allows surgeons the ability to add parts if the disease progresses. The system allows uni-compartmental, bi-compartmental or staged replacement of the knee joint. As a result, surgeons can target and fix damaged areas while healthy bone, cartilage and ligaments remain intact. Preserving these tissues allows patients continued motion in their knee.
