The Tensyn Plug offers a lower profile, knotless fixation implant that its predecessor, the Tensyn Band. The plug enables surgeons to adjust the implant prior to locking into place. The device is now cleared for syndesmosis, AC/CC joint stabilization as well as mid-foot, lower foot and wrist and hand repair.
