Curiteva surpasses 10,000 spine levels treated

Curiteva’s Inspire spine implants have been used in more than 10,000 levels, the medtech company said Jan. 21.

The interbody implants were launched in April 2023 and include cervical, posterior and anterior lumbar devices, according to a news release. A total 5,000 interbodies have been implanted in recent months.

“With an impressive 60% growth in surgeries and a 90% increase in our surgeon customer base over the past year, Inspires momentum shows no signs of slowing down,” David Schmidt, Curiteva’s CEO, said in the release. “2026 is poised to be a breakout year for Inspire and Curiteva.”

Curiteva plans to expand its Inspire line with standalone cervical and lateral systems prioritized for development.
