CoreLink acquired by Zavation Medical Products

Zavation Medical Products acquired CoreLink, according to a June 26 news release.

The companies will operate under their respective brands, and Zavation CEO Jeffrey Johnson will lead the combined business. CoreLink CEO Jay Bartling will be chair of the board.

The acquisition will grow the scale of CoreLink and Zavation’s products and unite their complementary product portfolios.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
