Centinel Spine reaches 500th implant with total disc devices

Centinel Spine reached the 500th case with prodisc C Vivo and prodisc C SK, the devicemaker said Feb. 14.

The news comes less than two months after Centinel Spine reached its 250th case with the devices in December, according to a news release. 

Prodisc C Vivo has been used globally since 2009 and is one of the most-used artificial discs in the world. Prodisc C SK has a flat endplate design and a low-profile central keel.
