Mr. O’Connell previously held leadership positions at Wright Medical, Xtant Medical, Stryker and Cerebrotech Medical Systems, according to a Jan. 11 news release. He replaces Brian Hutchinson at Catalyst OrthoScience.
Mr. O’Connell earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Md.
